2. Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to register. If you are under 18, you must have guardian consent.
3. Registration & Accounts: You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. TechSaavvy Akademy is not liable for unauthorized access caused by weak credentials.
4. Course Access: Course access periods are specified on each course page. Extensions may be provided at the sole discretion of TechSaavvy Akademy and may incur additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property: All course materials are the intellectual property of TechSaavvy Akademy. You may not copy, distribute, or republish content without written permission.
6. Use Restrictions: You must not use the Service for illegal activities, harassment, or to infringe on others' rights.
7. Payment & Pricing: Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via our payment partners. You agree to pay applicable fees and taxes.

9. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechSaavvy Akademy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Full Refund: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase provided the user has accessed less than 10% of course content and no certificate has been issued.
2. Partial Refund: After 7 days up to 30 days partial refunds may be considered on a pro-rata basis, less administrative fees and/or promotional discounts.
3. No Refund: No refunds will be provided after 30 days from purchase or after a certificate has been issued unless required by law.
4. How to Request: Email support@techsaavvyakademy.example with proof of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days depending on the gateway/bank.
5. Exceptions: Custom/one-on-one coaching, bundled offers, and physical materials may have different refund rules—these will be specified on the course page.

Course Pricing (INR)

All course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). GST and applicable taxes will be added at checkout unless the price is explicitly "inclusive of taxes".

Payment Methods & Tax Details

• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and major wallets via our payment gateway partners.
• All payments are subject to the applicable Indian GST. If you are a registered business and need a GST invoice, provide your GSTIN at checkout.
• Invoices: Downloadable invoices are issued automatically after successful payment. Contact support for corrections.
